When you submit the enquiry form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and your message. When you call or email us, we receive the contact details you use.
Why we process it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry about company formation and related services, and to prepare the quote you requested. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Who receives it
Enquiries are delivered by email and handled by the Vilnius-based professional team that provides the services described on this site. Form delivery uses FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) as a technical processor. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Analytics
This site uses Databuddy, a cookieless analytics tool that does not track you across sites and does not store identifiers on your device.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your matter and any follow-up, then delete them. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@opencompanylithuania.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
